Students are responsible for paying tuition, fees, and all other charges by the due date of each month. Make sure you are checking your student email as that is where you will receive billing notices and other important communications. As an authorized user to the Payment Center, you will also receive monthly email notifications when the bill is generated.
Login with the Northwest Network Account and password to view/pay your bill, view academics and update personal information.
Payment Center Authorized Users can login to view and pay the bill with their email and passwords.
Guest Payers can make payments on behalf of the student using a credit card. You will need to have the student’s ID, date of birth and last name.
Click one of the links below for information on how to make a payment as a student or authorized user and how to set up direct deposit.
Bills are generated once a month. Student fees and miscellaneous charges are consolidated on the billing statement. This allows Northwest to send the student one monthly billing statement covering all charges including tuition, technology fees, textbook rental fees as well as housing and food. Because the student ID card, Bearcat Card, serves as a campus charge card, miscellaneous purchases, such as, copy charges, dining dollars, parking tickets and Wellness Services charges are also included on the monthly billing statement.
Authorization indicates with whom Northwest is authorized to discuss/ release your educational records such as financial aid, academics, and billing.

We believe it’s important to offer an easy, affordable way to protect the investment your family has made in higher education. That’s why Northwest Missouri State University teamed up with GradGuard™ to provide our students and families with tuition insurance featuring special plans and rates not available to the general public.
This coverage supplements our refund policy by ensuring reimbursement for tuition, housing and food and other fees for covered withdrawals at any time during the semester. Plans also include Student Life Assistance: a 24-hour emergency hotline that offers students and parents even greater peace of mind.
Plans must be purchased prior to the start of classes each term.
